4.4. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
5.1. Our Service uses AI technology to help generate letters based on information you provide. While we strive to provide high-quality content, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any generated letters.
5.2. You understand that the Service is designed to assist you in creating your own letters, not to replace your own input and judgment.
5.3. Each subscription plan comes with a specified number of letter generations. Once you have used your allocated number, you will need to upgrade your plan or purchase additional letter credits.
You agree not to use the Service:
7.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MD Letters and its licensors.
7.2. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8.1. In no event shall MD Letters, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8.2. MD Letters does not guarantee that the letters generated through our Service will result in acceptance to medical school or any other desired outcome.
9.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9.2. MD Letters does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9.3. MD Letters does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service.
10.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
